Roasted Veggies

What does grandma always say?  Eat your vegetables! There are so many delicious vegetables to choose from but when it comes to cooking for pickier eaters, these are our go-tos: Roasted Cauliflower (we recommend cooking at 400°), Roasted Carrots, Roasted Eggplant and Roasted Squash.  Basquettes make these recipes a breeze, especially when it comes to flipping the veggies (no more one piece at time, thank goodness!). You can always add different sauces and spices to these recipes so no one complains about having the same thing over and over. For the grill masters out there, you can always grill your veggies using Basquettes and you won’t have to worry about small pieces falling through the grill grates.
