Making homemade rotisserie chicken has never been easier. Turn your Basquettes into a rotisserie basket by stacking them, without tops and with legs, towards each other. We love the simple seasonings used in this Culinary Hill recipe. We recommend flipping the Basquettes over every 30 minutes. As always, using a baking pan underneath the Basquettes so if you decide to baste the chicken, the pan will catch any extra drippings. We tried this recipe and put soaked wood chips in the baking pan for a smoked taste. Get ready for delicious, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside rotisserie chicken!
